NEW CHAT SHIRTS RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your New Chat Shirts order. Because our shirts are made to order specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

Approved claims for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items are resolved at no cost to the customer. There is no return shipping charge and no restocking fee for an approved claim. If a physical return is required, New Chat Shirts will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label.

Please contact us at newchatshirts@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue.

Once the issue is verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Sizing

Please review the size information provided on the product page before ordering. Because each shirt is produced specifically for your order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges when the wrong size was ordered by the customer.

Order changes and cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at newchatshirts@gmail.com. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, but once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Returns

Please do not mail products back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refunds

Approved claims for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items have $0 return shipping cost and no restocking fee.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or card provider.

If a return is required, New Chat Shirts will provide a prepaid return label and return instructions.
